Women’s wrestling has come a long way since the Women’s Revolution of 2015, and the female stars of today’s WWE are among the best in the world. One male wrestler, Grayson Waller, has recently praised one of his female counterparts, Rhea Ripley, as potentially the biggest star in the company.
During an appearance on the After The Bell podcast with Corey Graves, Waller discussed his thoughts on fellow Australians in WWE and specifically mentioned Rhea Ripley. He expressed his belief that Ripley might be the biggest star in the entire company. Waller even went so far as to say he felt sorry for Damian Priest, as he believed Ripley’s popularity would overshadow him wherever he went. Currently, Ripley holds the Women’s World Championship, a title she won at WrestleMania 39.
It’s hard to argue with Waller’s assessment. Rhea Ripley has taken the women’s division by storm and consistently feels like a major player in WWE. At just 26 years old, she has a long career ahead of her and could continue to make a significant impact in the company.
