IWGP and NJPW Tag Team Championships Change Hands at Aussie Open

At NJPW Resurgence, Kyle Fletcher announced that due to his partner Mark Davis being injured, Aussie Open must relinquish the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles and the NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Titles. This means two new sets of champions will be crowned at NJPW Dominion on June 4 in Osaka, Japan. Bishamon (Hirooki Goto, Yoshi-Hashi) will face House of Torture (EVIL, Yujiro Takahashi) with the winners becoming the new IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions and NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Champions. Prior to that, Davis was last seen in a singles contest against Takagi at NJPW Strong on April 28.

Fletcher and Davis, known as Aussie Open, won the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles and NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Championships.
