Ethan Page, the AEW star, recently opened up about the scariest moment of his wrestling career. In an interview with Chris Van Vilet, Page discussed his coffin matchup against Darby Allin, reflecting on the intense fear he experienced during the final spot of the match.

Page described the coffin match as one that still haunts him and takes a toll on his career. He explained that the scariest moment occurred when he was placed inside the coffin, not knowing when Allin would jump on him and unable to communicate with anyone about the timing of the spot.

During the interview, Page mentioned a conversation he had with Matt Hardy, asking him about the scariest moment in his career. While Hardy was contemplating his answer, someone asked Page about his own scariest moment. Page immediately recalled the coffin match and expressed his fear of being closed inside the coffin with no idea of what was happening or when he would get hit.

Page described the sensation of being alone in the box, with no communication or guidance, and suddenly having Allin’s body crash through the box, landing on his knees. He emphasized the pain and discomfort of being cramped in the fetal position inside the coffin, making it an incredibly terrifying moment for him.

Despite the intense fear he experienced, Page acknowledged that the coffin match was over and expressed relief. He admitted that it was the scariest moment of his wrestling career and believed it would likely remain the scariest moment ever.

In addition to discussing the scariest moment, Page also touched on his decision to return to ROH (Ring of Honor) under Tony Khan and how he believes it will benefit his AEW run. To read more about Page’s thoughts on his return to ROH, you can visit this article on Wrestling Headlines.
