Hacksaw Jim Duggan’s Health Scare and Emergency Surgery

According to a post by Duggan’s wife Debra on Wrestling Rumors, Jim was hospitalized earlier this week and underwent emergency surgery. The surgery was necessary to drain an abscess that had caused his white blood cell count to nearly reach sepsis. Fortunately, the procedure was successful, and Jim, who is 69 years old, has since been released from the hospital and cleared to fly.

Jim took to Twitter to express his gratitude to the Glens Falls Hospital, the Glens Falls Fire Department, the Glens Falls Nation Fund, and his fans and friends for their prayers and support.
