WWE made a smart move by taping the November 21 edition of NXT in advance due to the Thanksgiving holiday. With the holiday approaching, it’s understandable that the company would want to avoid asking wrestlers to work two days before Thanksgiving. This decision allows the talent to have some well-deserved time off and spend the holiday with their loved ones.

The tapings for the November 21 episode of NXT took place earlier this week, and some matches were announced in advance on this week’s show. Here are the results from the tapings:

– Xia Li attacked Lyra Valkyria during her entrance, resulting in Lyra needing assistance to the back.

– Los Lotharios defeated Malik Blade and Edris Enofe.

– In an Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifying Match, Josh Briggs defeated Carmelo Hayes after Lexis King’s distraction.

– Wes Lee cut a promo expressing his desire to regain the North American Championship. Dominik appeared and hinted at a match next week to determine the number one contender for the title.

– Blair Davenport defeated Thea Hail in another Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifying Match.

– Eddy Thorpe emerged victorious against Charlie Dempsey.

– Noam Dar defeated Chad Gable in an NXT Heritage Cup Match.

– In the main event, Lyra Valkyria regained the NXT Women’s Championship by defeating Xia Li.

It is worth noting that no backstage segments were shown to the live crowd during the tapings. However, these segments will likely be added in during next week’s broadcast.

Despite not being live for a change, NXT has been delivering strong shows in recent weeks. The brand’s momentum is expected to continue, and fans can look forward to some exciting matches and storylines in the coming weeks.
