He also expressed his eagerness to make a comeback and seek revenge on Santos Escobar, who betrayed him on the latest episode of SmackDown.
Mysterio’s Instagram caption read, “Knee surgery was successful. @dugasmd1 Now payback on @escobarwwe is on the horizon! Pagarás por los daños #Santos.” It’s clear that Mysterio is determined to settle the score with Escobar and make him pay for his actions.
This news comes after Mysterio’s recent loss of the WWE United States Championship to Logan Paul. Mysterio had held the title for a few months after defeating Austin Theory to capture it.
