Report – Matt Riddle No Longer In Rehab

Matt Riddle is no longer in rehab.

On the December 12th episode of WWE RAW, Riddle was written off television following an attack angle. This came after reports that the “Original Bro” failed a second drug test under the WWE Wellness Policy.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Riddle is out of rehab and got his Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt this past week. He’s been training under Royce Gracie.

WWE announced that Riddle would be out of action for six weeks following the attack angle. This would make him eligible to enter the men’s Royal Rumble match tomorrow night.

With that being said, there are some reports that Riddle was suspended for two months. This would fall in line with the standard 60-day suspension for a second Wellness Policy offense and would make him ineligible for the Royal Rumble.
