WWE RAW RESULTS AND LIVE BLOG FOR MAR. 13

We have had our dreams this time. We could see our whole life climb before our eyes, but me? I’m just here to liveblog this here pro wrestling show for you, folks.

The show opens with Edge making his entrance.

He gets on the mic and says hearing the crowd never gets old and is why he does this. He knows why he’s here, so he calls Finn Balor down to the ring so they can finally be done with this.

Enter Judgment Day.

Finn gets on the mic and tells Edge to say what he has to say, but Edge says he didn’t come here to talk, he came here to end this. He then says that Balor’s gonna hang back there and he’s not gonna rush in because it’ll be the same old shit, so Finn has his match at WrestleMania.

Balor starts to crow about it and Edge tell him to shut up and listen. He’s wasted the last year on his comeback on Judgment Day, the year before that was in front of TV screens in the Thunderdome, and he’s running out of time to accomplish what he came back to do.

Finn’s made the Judgment Day better, because he leaned into being what they are, bitter immature malcontents, an emo delight, but whatever it works! Every other week they’ve left him laying and made him utter two words he thought would never fall out of his face when he said “I quit” and then they still bashed Beth Phoenix’s skull in with a Con-Chair-To.

For the last year they’ve tried to make his life a living hell, and the way he sees it, there’s only one way it can end– Hell in a Cell at WrestleMania! Finn says he’s been to hell before but hell couldn’t handle his demons, and he’ll see him at WrestleMania.

But until then…

Judgment Day rush the ring! Edge fights valiantly but gets overwhelmed by That Damn Numbers Game, Johnny Gargano and Dexter Lumis make the save and the brawl continues as we go to break!

Dexter Lumis & Johnny Gargano vs. Judgment Day (Damian Priest & Dominik Mysterio)

Match joined in progress, Gargano working Mysterio over, tag to Priest, and Lumis is in as well! Circling, back and forth on a wristlock, big shoulder block from Damian. Following it up with strikes in the corner, whip across, back and forth and Judgment Day end up on the floor with the babyfaces running dives as we go to break!

Back from commercial, Judgment Day working Gargano over, heat segment goes on for some length, Lumis with the hot tag, spinebusters, a bulldog, a back suplex, dropping an elbow… PRIEST KICKS OUT! Dominik tags in, sunset flip with feet on the ropes but Candice LeRae knocks them off and it’s a nearfall!

Rhea Ripley stalks after her, Candice puts her into the steps but Ripley recovers and drops her face-first into the barricade! Dexter comes from behind her but Priest nails him with a northern lariat! Back inside, reverse STO connects, tag back to Dom! Perching up top, frog splash… GARGANO BREAKS IT UP!

A little back and forth as the match breaks…

Judgment Day win by pinfall with South of Heaven from Damian Priest on Dexter Lumis.

We get footage of Chad Gable interrupting an interview with the Miz to ask if he knows where Otis Dozovic is.

Miz tells him to post flyers and he runs off to do so, and then Miz brushes off the idea of having a cohost.

The camera pans over to Damage CTRL beating Trish Stratus up and smashing her face into a road case!

We see Omos and we go to break.

Back from commercial, Omos and Montel Vontavious Porter are in the ring.

MVP starts cutting a promo on Brock but gets cut off right as he’s telling the Beast what he wants him to understand–

Enter Brock Lesnar.

He gets in the Nigerian Giant’s face and Omos holds his fist up to Lesnar’s head before opening his hand and offering a handshake. Brock shakes his hand but Omos won’t let go! Lesnar stomps his foot to break his grip and the Nigerian Giant palms his head and throws him over the ropes!

Referees and road agents come down to break things up. Former ROH World Champion Jamie Noble gives Brock his hat back.

We get a recap of Jey Uso finally turning on Sami Zayn.

Cody Rhodes makes his entrance and we go to break.

Cody Rhodes vs. LA Knight

Circling, collar and elbow, struggling around the ring, Knight gets him in the corner and breaks dirty with a right hand! More punches, off the ropes, Rhodes with a hip toss into a wristlock, arm wringer and a slap across the jaw! Side headlock, down on the mat, Penalty Kick connects!

LA to the floor, Cody off the ropes but his dive gets cut off with a right hand! To the floor, posting Knight, back in, up top, LA rushes in and cuts him off with a superplex that sends us to break!

Back from commercial, Rhodes with a delayed vertical suplex, Knight thumbs his eyes and follows it with a DDT… NOPE! Off the ropes, forearm, drop down slap, Cody building a head of steam, up and over, snap scoop powerslam connects! Beautiful Disaster follows… SO CLOSE!

Cody Cutter reversed into a back suplex, only two! Back and forth and the Cody Cutter connects this time! Inverted facelock…

Cody Rhodes wins by pinfall with Cross Rhodes.

Post-match, Cody gets on the mic.

He says he keeps hearing warnings from Mr. Heyman that he should stay out of Bloodline business, but he doesn’t work for Heyman and he doesn’t work for the Bloodline, so he can stand with Sami Zayn, he can fight alongside Kevin Owens if he wants. Heyman says “don’t make this personal”?

What a joke! It’s been personal since he debuted at 21 in front of these same cameramen, it’s personal when he holds back tears every week, it’s personal when you wear a tailored suit as a protective coat of armor, not because he thinks he is somebody, but because he wants to be somebody.

Paul wants him to acknowledge Roman Reigns? He acknowledges him, and he wants Roman to acknowledge him. He’s been undefeated since he came back, and he grew up thinking he was a prince of this industry, but he’s got no crown, no master sword, and on April 2nd when the sun goes down on Hollywood, it goes down on Roman’s generational run.

On April 2nd it’s every person who’s followed him to the end, on April 2nd he’s waited his whole life and he will wait no longer, and he’ll be the first Rhodes to say he’s the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

Seth Rollins is interviewed backstage.

He laughs Logan Paul off and says he was acting like he won the loterry last week, because he did when he landed the shot of a lifetime on his chinny chin chin, but if there’s one thing we’ve learned about Seth Rollins it’s that you can’t keep him down.

So the next time Logan Paul and–

Miz rolls up and Seth boos in his face. Miz says he’s just jealous he got knocked cold and lost control of the narrative, but what does he know, he’s just the host of WrestleMania. Next week, Logan is gonna have a live in-ring edition of ImPaulSive TV, and he’ll be a guest.

Baron Corbin rolls up to try to get on the show but Miz tells him Paul is booked up, so Baron shifts gears to ask to be cohost. Miz says he has a lot of pull but he doesn’t have that kind of pull. Corbin tries to offer Rollins boxing lessons to get ready for WrestleMania but Seth says if he’s being honest he’d rather take lessons from his baby daughter.

Baron loses it and says he’s trying everything and Seth is lucky he doesn’t have a match tonight because he’ll knock him out faster than Logan did. Rollins says he’s in a fighting mood and he’ll see him out there tonight.

Miz tells Baron that if he handles Seth he’ll put a good word in with Logan Paul for him, and we go to break.

Bronson Reed vs. Elias

Reed right out the gates with a Banzai Drop, an elbow, and a corkscrew shoulder block! Clubbing hands, whip into a corner body avalanche, big knee, off the ropes, Elias catches him with an elbow! Boot up in the corner, diving crossbody, Bronson catches him but the Drifter slips out and lands a knee strike!

Off the ropes, Reed takes him with a lariat, short-arm snap scoop powerslam, Bronson goes up top…

Bronson Reed wins by pinfall with the 747 Splash.

Backstage, Cathy Kelly is hanging outside the trainer’s room waiting for an update on Trish Stratus when Chad Gable comes by with his flyers for a missing Otis Dozovic.

Becky Lynch and Lita charge past Kelly and go into the trainer’s room and we go to break.

Back from commercial, Kevin Owens is interviewed backstage.

He says he asked for help for a long time but he didn’t get it, and now that Sami Zayn is asking for help, and with the history between them it’s not hard to understand why he doesn’t want to get involved with him again. He heard what Cody Rhodes said earlier and if he wants to help Sami that’s his problem but he does not want Cody’s help tonight.

He wants Rhodes to focus on WrestleMania and he wants to fight Solo Sikoa and whoever else on his own, like he’s been doing and he’s going to keep doing and he’s perfectly fine doing.

We get a recap of John Cena’s return to Raw last week.

We get footage from earlier today of the Street Profits confronting Austin Theory backstage and Austin trying to sow discontent between them by asking which one is tougher and telling Montez Ford that he’s a choke artist.

Austin Theory makes his entrance and we go to break.

Angelo Dawkins vs. Austin Theory

Dawkins looking for a single leg, he gets a waistlock, takedown, Theory scrambles for the ropes and breaks dirty with a back elbow. Smashing Angelo’s face into the turnbuckles, off the ropes, leapfrog, drop down, dropkick takes Austin off his feet! Fireman’s carry flapjack, cover for two.

Austin stamps Angelo’s foot, punches and shoulder thrusts into the corner, big left hand, snapmare into a reverse chinlock. Grinding Dawkins down, whip across, pulling him out to the floor and Theory throws him into the barricade and lights on him with mounted punches!

Tossing him into the barricade again, Austin stands tall and we go to break.

Back from commercial, Theory in control with punches but Dawkins catches him with an exploder suplex! Angelo off the ropes, back elbow, Stinger Splash, enzuigiri in the corner but Drill Bit is reversed into a schoolboy pin! Second try Drill Bit connects… NOT ENOUGH!

Counter the spinebuster with a knee but Dawkins pounces him to the apron! Austin snaps his neck over the ropes, rolling thudner dropkick connects for two! Drawing Angelo up, reversed into a small package for two! Sunset flip, same effect, enzuigiri staggers Theory into the corner!

Spinning Stinger Splash countered with an elbow, fireman’s carry…

Austin Theory wins by pinfall with A-Town Down.

Post-match, Theory locks Dawkins in an STF to send a message to John Cena, but he bails and runs away when Montez Ford runs down to make the save!

He does the “You can’t see me!” taunt on the ramp, to boot.

And so we go to break.

Back from commercial, Paul Heyman is interviewed backstage.

He says the Bloodline has a problem and that problem’s name is Kevin Owens. Tonight they’ll demonstrate how they solve problems and Solo Sikoa will solve him. Cody Rhodes has a problem too, he’s mistaken the fact that the truth will set him free with the fact that the truth will imprison his mind into making stupid mistakes like making this personal to Roman Reigns.

Of course it’s personal to Cody, that’s what makes him a compelling challenger for the main event of WrestleMania, but to make this personal to Roman by mocking him and sanctimoniously acknowledging him as Tribal Chief on television? What a schmuck.

You want to acknowledge Roman Reigns? Next week on Raw, Roman will be there and in that moment Cody will make the biggest decision of his life, whether he’s a challenger or a problem, because he assures him, he’s a problem that Reigns would love to personally solve.

We get a video package for Rey Mysterio being announced as the first inductee in this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class.

We’re informed that Ric Flair will be on the Bump this Wednesday to announce the next inductee.

Rey Mysterio makes his entrance and gets on the mic.

He thanks the crowd and says it’s good to be back on Raw. Just last year we were celebrating 20 years together, and now they’re celebrating one of the biggest honors of his life. This isn’t just his award, it’s made from the people that helped him build up his career.

An award made with the fans that connected with him all these years, not just for him, but for all of us. So straight up, from the bottom of his heart–

Enter Dominik Mysterio.

He congratulates his father on finally making it into the WWE Hall of Fame, and he actually deserves it. He put his entire life into this business, and he hopes it was worth it, because he earned that honor at Dom’s expense. He gets in the ring as he continues, saying Rey put his entire life in this business, choosing these strangers over his kids.

How does that feel? Is it an honor knowing he went all those nights without a father? Eighth grade promotion he told Dom if he got good grades he’d take him out, but he was nowhere to be found, ditching him for WrestleMania. He turned 16 and Rey said he’d get him a new car and all of his friends showed up with brand-new Mercedes but he got a BMW?

And not even an M-series! He calls Rey a sad excuse for a father and for a man and tells him he’s gonna make his time in LA a little bit better because he wants a match at WrestleMania. Rey reiterates that he’s not willing to fight his own son, and whether he believes it or not he loves him and he always will.

There will be no match at WrestleMania. Dominik taunts him more, asking if he’s really gonna walk away before saying running away is the only thing he’s good for and the only thing he taught him was what not to be.

Becky Lynch, Lita, and Trish Stratus leave the trainer’s room and give us the update on Trish, which is that Damage CTRL only managed to piss her off and she’s gonna kick their heads in.

The Miz makes his entrance to send us to break.

Back from commercial we get a media hype reel for Backlash being in Puerto Rico this year.

Baron Corbin vs. Seth Rollins

Corbin puts boots to Rollins but Seth fires up and sends him to the floor with a lariat! Fighting on the floor, Miz gets involved and Rollins blasts him with an enzuigiri! Seth steps up on the A-Lister…

Seth Rollins wins by pinfall with Blackout.

Backstage, Chad Gable is still looking for Otis Dozovic when Mustafa Ali pops out of nowhere to tell him to stay positive and look around the corner for his guy.

Indeed, Otis is around the corner doing a photoshoot with Maximum Male Models.

Chad asks Mansoor why he’s not ready for his match and he begs off saying he broke a nail scrolling Instagram. Gable slides in to take some photos and somehow breaks Mansoor’s camera, to which Mace says he broke it with his ick and they storm off.

Gable wants to get their workout session in and Otis is game but when Maxxine Dupri calls his name he apologizes and runs off after them.

Bianca Belair makes her entrance and we go to break.

Bianca Belair vs. Chelsea Green

Collar and elbow, Belair shoves her away but Green pushes her back into the turnbuckles and then runs away and hides when Bianca comes at her! Belair piefaces her, waistlock into the takedown, big back elbow earns her a shove in return! Off the ropes, sidestep a kick, big lariat takes Chelsea off her feet!

Whip reversed, up and over, pendulum backbreaker sets up a standing moonsault… NOPE! Carmella with a cheap shot, cover for two and we go to break.

Back from commercial, schoolboy from Belair for two, O’Connor roll, same result, up top, Green cuts her off and hits a lungblower for some separation. Standing surfboard, Bianca blocks a stomp and slings Chelsea into the turnbuckles before hitting a side slam!

The EST to her feet first, fired up, lariats, a dropkick puts her into the ropes! Kip-up, whip reversed, up and over, shoulder thrust in the corner, delayed vertical suplex follows! Handspring moonsault knocks Carmella to the floor but Green has the knees up!

Small package for two, slap across the face, inverted Overdrive… NOPE! Ripcord, reversed, big back elbow, Bianca gets her up…

Bianca Belair wins by pinfall with KOD.

Post-match, Chelsea tries to attack but Asuka comes down and helps Bianca deal with her. Asuka picks up the title belt and dances with it, ruefusing to hand it over and laughing uproariously, teeth coated with the mist. She lays the title at Belair’s feet and keeps laughing.

Solo Sikoa makes his entrance and we go to break.

Kevin Owens vs. Solo Sikoa (Street Fight)

Owens brawling with Sikoa on the ramp, in the ring, Solo putting boots to him, big headbutt, chops in the ropes! Whip reversed, big back elbow sets up a senton and Kev is fired up! Sikoa rolls to the floor, KO follows and eats a big right hand! Solo in control on the floor, smashing Kev’s face into the announce desk over and over but Owens turns it around and returns the favor!

Front chancery, throwing him back inside, Sikoa catches him with a Samoan Drop! Putting boots to KO in the ropes, falling headbutt but Kev rolls to the floor! Solo goes under the ring for plunder and grabs a steel chair or two! Owens clobbers him and throws him into the steel steps before dragging a table out from under the ring and leaning it against the apron!

Sikoa catches him with a superkick and throws him over the announce desk before sliding the table back under the ring to send us to break.

Back from commercial, Kevin Owens is throwing chairs from the timekeeper’s area into the ring, he grabs one and rolls out to wallop Sikoa across the back with it! Doing some hardcore feng shui in the ring, lining chairs up 2×3 and pulling Solo inside. Right hands put Sikoa on the chairs, KO up top but Solo cuts him off!

Repeated headbutts, climbing up with him, jockeying for position, headbutts knock Sikoa down but he recovers immediately… MILITARY PRESS SLAM PUTS KEVIN OWENS THROUGH THE CHAIRS! Owens rolls to the floor, Solo follows, front kick and Kev puts him into the post a few times! Cannonball against the barricade!

Dumping Sikoa into the crowd, brawling out there, up on the stage, smashing Solo into the LED boards! They go back to Gorilla and the Usos appear… SUPERKICK PARTY! Dragging Owens back towards the ring, throwing him inside, the Bloodline hold court… SUPERKICK PARTY NUMBER TWO!

Solo draws him up…

Solo Sikoa wins by pinfall with the Samoan Spike.

The Bloodline stand tall.

That’s the show, folks.
