AEW RAMPAGE RESULTS FOR FEB. 3

Rampage kicks off with The Elite vs. The Firm (Ethan Page, Matt Hardy, Isiah Kassidy) for the AEW world trios titles.

The Elite defeat The Firm to retain the AEW world trios titles. Matt Hardy couldn’t keep a sustained offense going due to Ethan Page demanding to be tagged in multiple times. There was a miscommunication towards the end of the fight when Matt Hardy accidentally ran into Ethan Page, knocking him off the ring apron and onto the floor below. Isiah Kassidy was desperately seeking a tag, but none of his partners were in the corner waiting for him. The Elite finished off Kassidy with the One Wing Angel and BTE Trigger for the pin fall victory.
Ricky Starks is interviewed backstage about the Jericho gauntlet that he has to get through. He always finds a way to get the job done, and he’s going to embarrass Jericho when he gets him in the ring again.
Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett talk shit about Danhausen and Paul Walter Hauser. Danhausen is not happy with the way things have been going lately.

Swerve Strickland defeats Brian Pillman Jr. in a one-on-one match. Pillman was up against the numbers game here, with Parker Boudreaux and Trench ringside for Swerve. Pillman got the advantage with a dropkick through the ropes, but he had to run away from those thugs and couldn’t follow up. Swerve worked over the inside of Pillman’s knee, and he had trouble standing up as a result. With the ref distracted by Trench, Boudreaux tripped Pillman on the apron. Swerve nailed a Death Valley Driver on the apron and then put Pillman away with the sternum stomp from the top rope.
Boudreaux and Trench went to town on Pillman after the match, continuing the beatdown. Dustin Rhodes ran out with a weapon in hand to run off the heels.
Malakai Black says the House of Black doesn’t want Eddie Kingston. The goal was just to show how easily corruptible man is, and that’s what they accomplished with Ortiz and Kingston.

Saraya and Toni Storm defeat The Renegade Twins. Storm distracted the ref early on so that Saraya could lay in some vicious knees on Renegade. Saraya taunts the crowd after getting some blows in. The heels dominated the match, outside of one hot tag for the Renegades. Storm gets the win with Storm Zero.
After the match is over, Storm and Saraya find green spray paint and use it to mark the twins with an L.
Adam Cole doesn’t know who his first opponent back will be, but they will get the best version of Adam Cole anyone has ever seen.
Mark Henry throws to a video package hyping tonight’s main event of former ROH champions, Christopher Daniels vs. RUSH. It’s time for the main event!

RUSH defeats Christopher Daniels. This essentially turned into a handicap match, with Perro Peligroso and Jose the Assistant taking liberties with Daniels when the referee was distracted. Perro’s cheating finally backfired, leading to an accidental blow on Jose. RUSH was distracted by his guys screwing up, leading to Daniels getting back in the fight and landing near falls. Daniels locked in his submission, but Peligroso dragged RUSH’s feet over to the ropes to break it. Daniels tried the Best Moonsault Ever, but RUSH got the knees up. He followed up with the Bull’s Horns in the corner for the pin fall victory.
That’s the end of the show, folks!
