Osaka sell out crowd sees critical night five for B Block

A sell out crowd in EDION Arena B on Saturday December 2 will see a critical night five of action for B Block. After a hugely rare time limit draw for two teams this past Wednesday, what twists lay in wait next?

Main event: WTL B Block- Bishamon (Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI) (1-2-1) vs Yota Tsuji & Zandokan Jr. (2-2)

Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI were looking to improve on their two point standing in Shizuoka this past Wednesday, and only partly accomplished that mission. Their 30 minute draw with Atlantis Jr and Soberano Jr., the first such in the modern World Tag League, and first in a heavyweight tag tournament since the 2008 G1 puts Bishamon at three points, five off the leading pace, and one point behind Yota Tsuji and Zandokan Jr. in Osaka. Can Goto and YOSHI-HASHI close the gap to the lead tonight?

7th Match: Yuji Nagata & Minoru Suzuki (0-4) vs Monstersauce (Lance Archer & Alex Zayne) (4-0)

Nagata and Suzuki are mathematically eliminated

Yuji Nagata and Minoru Suzuki have argued, jawed, blind tagged and slapped through to 0-4 and the first exit from mathematical hopes in World Tag League. Tonight, the bottom placed team faces the top in Monstersauce. After Lance Archer and Alex Zayne defeated Yuya Uemura and Archer’s former Suzuki-Gun ‘Brother’ in Taichi, will Archer be just as ungiving to his one time group leader in the King, and can the veteran side finally get along just long enough to pull off a significant upset?

6th Match: WTL B Block- Just Five Guys (Yuya Uemura & Taichi) (3-1) vs Soberano Jr. & Atlantis Jr. (2-1-1)

Taichi and Yuya Uemura, undefeated in their first three bouts, will have taken their first loss at the hands of Monstersauce on Wednesday hard. For Team CMLL, Soberano and Atlantis Jr.’s first loss ignited a rudo spark that Soberano had suppressed since coming to Japan, and the agression from both masked members was very evident in their match with Bishamon before it eventually went to the time limit. The luchadors will be intent not to let another point go to waste, as will Taichi and Uemura.

5th Match: Guerrillas of Destiny (Hikuleo & El Phantasmo) (2-2) vs BULLET CLUB Rogue Army (Bad Luck Fale & Jack Bonza) (1-3)

Rogue Army must win

Both GoD and Rogue Army put an end to respective slumps in Shizuoka Wednesday, with Hikuleo and ELP improving to four points while Bad Luck Fale and Jack Bonza finally got on the board. For Rogue Army though, the pressure is still on, with the team needing to win to stay in; conversely a loss for the STRONG Openweight Tag Champions will put them on the bubble of elimination as well.
