The Iron Survivor Challenge is back at NXT Deadline, and the qualifying matches have already begun. Last week on NXT television, Dijak and Tiffany Stratton secured their spots in the men’s and women’s matches, respectively. This week, NXT General Manager Lita scheduled two matches to determine the next two entrants.
In the first match, Lash Legend emerged victorious against Roxanne Perez, despite facing a significant amount of outside interference. Legend’s squadmates in Meta Four and Kiana James made sure Perez had no chance of winning. This outcome guarantees that we will have a new winner this year, as Legend looks to make a name for herself in the Iron Survivor Challenge.
Later in the evening, Trick Williams, who recently reunited with Carmelo Hayes, overcame the formidable duo of Joe Coffey and Gallus to secure his place at Deadline. Williams faced some moments of uncertainty during the match, with Hayes appearing to assist him at times but also allowing him to take a dive. Nevertheless, Williams managed to come out on top and earn his spot in the prestigious tournament.
With a few weeks remaining until the event, there is still time for more qualifying matches to determine the final entrants in the Iron Survivor Challenge.
