That’s a compliment. We are on the Road To WrestleMania 39 and that includes a variety of stars getting ready for the most important event of the year. There is one more big stop to make on the way there though and that is Elimination Chamber. While the show is usually built around the show’s namesake matches, there is something else expected this year and it is already getting some special attention.

The end of this year’s Royal Rumble event saw Sami Zayn turn on Roman Reigns and the Bloodline. According to F4WOnline.com, Zayn is expected to challenge Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title at the event in Zayn’s hometown of Montreal. The show will also feature Elimination Chamber matches for the United States Title and a shot at the Raw Women’s Title at WrestleMania 39. These matches are usually for World Title level prizes, but WWE reportedly feels that those stakes are not needed with a main event as strong as Reigns vs. Zayn.
The show should be a big one. Check out how it has been built so far:
Opinion: The logic does make sense, as Zayn vs. Reigns is going to be one of the bigger matches WWE has presented in a long time. The Elimination Chamber matches can be a big deal, but I’m not sure if any version of it could compare to Zayn vs. Reigns right now. That match has the potential to be something special and the more WWE understands that, the better things could be.
