Randy Orton has not wrestled or appeared on WWE TV since May 2022 due to a back injury. Orton has barely been mentioned since his departure and there has been no date given for his return. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, “all the indications” are that Orton is coming back to WWE. This is a change from the end of last year, as many were worried about his status. Opinion: This is an idea that has seemed to be gaining momentum over recent weeks and hopefully there is something to it. Orton has been gone for about ten months now and as he is already in his early 40s, he does not have a ton of time left in the ring. It would be great to have him back no matter what he is doing, as Orton is one of the biggest stars in WWE today.
