AEW Collision returned to our screens last night, delivering yet another action-packed episode filled with thrilling matches and surprising twists. From start to finish, the show had fans on the edge of their seats, and we’re here to bring you all the highlights.
The night kicked off with an intense tag team match between The Young Bucks and Jurassic Express. Both teams showcased their incredible athleticism and high-flying maneuvers, but it was The Young Bucks who emerged victorious after hitting their signature BTE Trigger on Jungle Boy for the pinfall. This win solidifies The Young Bucks’ position as one of the top tag teams in AEW.
Next up was a hard-hitting singles match between Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston. These two longtime friends turned bitter rivals left it all in the ring, delivering a brutal and physical encounter. In the end, Moxley secured the win with a devastating Paradigm Shift, leaving Kingston down for the three-count.
One of the most highly anticipated matches of the night was the AEW Women’s Championship match between Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. and Thunder Rosa. These two fierce competitors have been engaged in a heated rivalry for months, and their match did not disappoint. Baker showed why she is the reigning champion, using her technical skills and cunning strategies to counter Thunder Rosa’s high-energy offense. After a hard-fought battle, Baker retained her title with a Lockjaw submission, proving once again why she is the face of the AEW women’s division.
In a surprising turn of events, CM Punk made his presence known during the main event. The match between AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Hangman Adam Page was already a highly anticipated affair, but Punk’s unexpected interference added another layer of excitement. Punk attacked Omega, distracting him long enough for Page to hit his signature Buckshot Lariat and secure the victory, becoming the new AEW World Champion. This shocking turn of events has sent shockwaves throughout the wrestling world and has fans eagerly anticipating what’s next for both Omega and Punk.
Overall, AEW Collision delivered another incredible night of wrestling action. The matches were intense, the storylines progressed, and the surprises kept coming.
