Gail Kim discusses a potential swan song sendoff.

The IMPACT Hall of Famer spoke on this topic during a recent interview with WrestlingNews.Co, where she gave her thoughts on current Knockouts Champion Mickie James and the “Last Rodeo” storyline that she’s been telling. Kim doesn’t believe she has the physical capabilities to replicate what James has done, but doesn’t rule out a return to the ring for one final matchup.

I don’t know if I could do what Mickie did, in terms of go through all those matches to get to the top and prove myself. I don’t know if my body would hold up. But never say never to a dream [match], like a three-way or a dream four-way of all these different women. You never know, whoever the fans would want. You never say never. A Last Rodeo, maybe a last one match, but not multiple matches like she had.

Kim wrestled her last matchup at the 2019 Rebellion pay-per-view against Tessa Blanchard. She has not been back int he ring since, but has remained with the company as a producer. Aside from her run in IMPACT Kim was a former women’s champion in WWE.
