Dakota Kai Opens Up About the Return of Kairi Sane
Professional wrestler Dakota Kai recently shared her thoughts on the return of fellow wrestler Kairi Sane. Sane made a surprise appearance at WWE Crown Jewel, where she assisted IYO Sky in retaining the women’s championship against Bianca Belair. Following the event, Sane aligned herself with Bayley and the rest of Damage CTRL, a storyline that is currently unfolding on television.
During a recent Twitch stream, Kai revealed when she found out about Sane’s return. She stated, “Not that long. Not that long at all. Almost as though we found out the day before. There’s a lot of stuff that we don’t find out until the day of.” Kai expressed her happiness about Sane’s return, reminiscing about their first meeting almost ten years ago during her tour of Japan in 2013/2014. She described Sane as a sweetheart but also warned that she is a force to be reckoned with.
One week after Sane’s return, Damage CTRL added another member to their group. Former multi-time women’s champion Asuka joined the faction after betraying Belair and Charlotte Flair.
