AEW Chief Legal Officer Megha Parekh has decided to step back from her duties with the company, according to a report from Fightful Select. While there has been no official job title change or adjustment, it has been noted that Chris Peck has taken on a significant portion of Parekh’s responsibilities.
It appears that Parekh will be shifting her focus more towards the Jacksonville Jaguars, specifically in relation to the team’s stadium deal. This shift in priorities was believed to have been in the works since October.
There is currently no information on whether Parekh will resume or increase her involvement with AEW in the future. Notably, she did not travel with the company for its All In event in London and was not part of the committee responsible for firing CM Punk.
As this is an ongoing story, Wrestling Headlines will continue to provide updates on Megha Parekh’s role within AEW.
