Unleashing the Power: Ite Lemalu’s TAMASHII Focus on the Natural Classics

Introducing the Natural Classics: The Newest Members of BULLET CLUB’s Rogue Army

Exciting news for professional wrestling fans as the Natural Classics, Tome and Stevie Filip, have joined BULLET CLUB’s Rogue Army. Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, the Filip brothers have been making waves in the wrestling scene with their incredible talent and dedication to the craft. Let’s take a closer look at their journey and what led them to this exciting new chapter in their careers.

From an early age, Tome and Stevie Filip showed promise in the world of sports, particularly soccer. Following in their father’s footsteps, who played for Australia’s National Soccer League, the brothers pursued a career in competitive soccer. However, it was their passion for professional wrestling that eventually took center stage in their lives.

After discovering their love for wrestling, Tome and Stevie decided to pursue their dreams and enter the squared circle. They formed a tag team duo called the Natural Classics and quickly gained attention in the Australian wrestling scene. But they didn’t stop there.

The Filip brothers set their sights on attaining formal education in strong style at Fale Dojo in New Zealand. After multiple tryouts, their persistence paid off, and they secured their places in the February 2019 intake. The training at Fale Dojo proved to be invaluable, helping them refine their skills and tap into top-level wrestling.

Following their training, the Natural Classics made their New Japan debut at the Southern Showdown tour of Australia. Over the next three years, they dominated the Australian wrestling scene, collecting three different championships and facing formidable opponents from around the world.

In 2022, the Filip brothers returned to a New Japan ring at the inaugural TAMASHII event in Christchurch, NZ. This marked a significant milestone in their careers, showcasing their hard work and dedication to the sport. Their journey came full circle when they visited Fale Dojo in Auckland, where it all began, seeking advice and training alongside the new generation of prospects.

It was at April’s New Japan TAMASHII event in Melbourne that the Natural Classics faced their first defeat in the brand. However, their impressive performance caught the attention of Bad Luck Fale, who saw the same fighting spirit in them that he saw years ago. Fale recruited the Filip brothers to join BULLET CLUB’s Rogue Army, making them the third brother tag team to be part of the BC entity.

Since joining the Rogue Army, Tome and Stevie have gained fame and recognition, making appearances with the National Wrestling Alliance and IMPACT Wrestling tours of Australia. Their most anticipated match to date will be at the upcoming TAMASHII event on September 15 at Sydney’s Crowbar, where they will face off against TMDK’s Robbie Eagles and Kosei Fujita in the main event.

“Naturally, we are stoked to fight in the main event at NJPW TAMASHII,” Stevie exclaimed. “If there is one thing that you will remember from this night, it’s that we left everything in the ring! No one is safe from the Rogue Army, not our opponents, not anyone.”

Tome added, “We cannot wait to unleash war all over NJPW. Let’s just say the IWGP Tag Team Championship is burning our ears on a daily.”

Don’t miss the action-packed TAMASHII event on September 15, where the Natural Classics will showcase their incredible skills and determination. Get your tickets here and witness the rise of this dynamic tag team.
