WWE RAW Ratings Dip After Money In the Bank, But Key Demo Sees Impressive Surge

WWE RAW Viewership Down from the Post-Money In the Bank Show, Key Demo Rating Up

Monday’s live edition of WWE RAW experienced a slight decline in viewership compared to the post-Money In the Bank show, but saw an increase in the key demographic rating. According to Nielsen, the show drew an average of 1.809 million viewers on the USA Network, down 1.03% from last week’s 1.828 million viewers.

The three-hour broadcast was divided into segments, with the first hour drawing 1.851 million viewers, the second hour drawing 1.869 million viewers, and the final hour drawing 1.707 million viewers. Despite the dip in overall viewership, RAW managed to achieve a 0.56 rating in the 18-49 key demographic, representing a 14.28% increase from the previous week.

The 0.56 key demo rating translates to 727,000 viewers in the 18-49 age group, a 14.67% increase compared to the 634,000 viewers that the 0.49 key demo rating attracted last week. Although this week’s viewership figures marked the thirteenth-lowest total audience of the year so far, the key demo rating was the fourteenth-highest, tied with five other episodes.

Despite the slight decline in viewership, this week’s numbers were still above the 2022 average. Compared to the same week in 2022, RAW’s viewership was up 4.27%, while the 18-49 key demo rating saw a significant increase of 27.27%.

The live WWE RAW episode was held at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY, with a lineup that included matches such as WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins vs. Dominik Mysterio in a non-title match, Tommaso Ciampa vs. The Miz in a No DQ match, and Becky Lynch vs. Zoey Stark. The main event featured The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio with WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley) facing off against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.
