WATCH: Wendy’s Blasts Baron Corbin For National Roast Day

That’s a sense of humor. Wrestling is a rather niche product but you can often recognize another fan just from some of the references they make. These can be rather amusing moments, especially when they come from someone you might not be expecting. That was the case again this week, as a fast food chain blasted a WWE star on a day meant for insults.

This past Thursday was National Roast Day and the Wendy’s TikTok account got in on the festivities by insulting WWE’s Baron Corbin. A video uploaded to the account said that Corbin has been called King Corbin and Happy Corbin, but maybe he should be called Bathroom Break Corbin. Wendy’s has made wrestling references before, including tweeting like Broken Matt Hardy and asking if it can join the Dark Order.

It’s a weird way to go. Check out Wendy’s video and some of Corbin in action:

Opinion: This is one of those things that you do not see very often but Wendy’s being that kind of strange is one of the most entertaining things you can see. It’s always fun to see something so out there getting in on wrestling as it feels like some sort of a secret handshake. If nothing else, Wendy’s does have some rather funny lines when they do something like this to make it even better.
