Vince McMahon sells 8.4 million TKO shares at $76.41 each

Vince McMahon, the former WWE Chairman, has made yet another significant sale, this time unloading a large portion of his TKO shares. Last week, it was reported that McMahon was looking to sell off these shares, and it has now been confirmed that he has sold 8.4 million shares at a price of $76.41 per share.

This sale was announced through a Changes in Beneficial Ownership filing, which was made today. According to the filing, the shares were sold in an underwritten secondary public offering that closed on November 14, 2023. The public offering price was $79.80 per share, and after deducting an underwriting discount and commission of $3.39 per share, the net price per share was $76.41.

In addition to the shares sold, the filing also includes information about 83,102 restricted stock units (TKO RSUs) held by McMahon. Each TKO RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer’s Class A common stock.

It’s worth noting that the filing excludes 100 shares of the Issuer’s Class A common stock owned by McMahon’s wife, Linda McMahon. McMahon has disclaimed beneficial ownership of those shares.

This sale of TKO shares by Vince McMahon marks another major transaction for the former WWE Chairman. McMahon has been involved in various business ventures outside of professional wrestling, and this sale further demonstrates his continued involvement in the financial world.
