The viewership numbers for the December 5th episode of NXT on USA have been released, and it appears that there was a slight drop in viewership compared to the previous week. According to WrestleNomics, the show drew an average of 626,000 viewers overnight, which is a 5% decrease from the previous week’s number of 659,000.
Despite the drop in viewership, NXT managed to score a rating of 0.19 in the highly coveted 18-49 demographic. This is a slight increase from last Tuesday’s demo rating of 0.18. It’s worth noting that NXT was up against the NBA in-season tournament game between the New York Knicks and the Milwaukee Bucks, which could have affected their viewership numbers.
During this episode of NXT, fans were treated to more matchups in the Iron Survivor Challenge, which has been an exciting and intense tournament so far. Additionally, there was a face-off between Ilja Dragunov and Baron Corbin, building anticipation for their NXT title showdown at the upcoming Deadline premium live event this Saturday.
