He’s back. The biggest wrestling story of the year has been the return of Vince McMahon to WWE, following a six month absence. McMahon is back to facilitate a sale of the company, though it has led to wonder about whether he will rejoin the creative team. While there is nothing to suggest that he has done it so far, McMahon did do something this week that he has not done since his return.

According to Fightful Select, McMahon was backstage this week at Monday Night Raw. There was no official reason for him to be there, though one WWE talent suggested that he was there to see John Cena, who was returning at the show. According to PWInsider.com, there was nothing to suggest that McMahon had anything to do with the show’s creative. Finally, according to Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful.com, McMahon is reported to now be sporting a mustache.

Opinion: The McMahon specter has been over WWE since he announced that he is back and now the question is what happens to the company next. Maybe McMahon will not return to the company’s creative side, but there is always the chance that it could happen. It seems that nothing happened so far, and if that is the case then maybe we can get to WrestleMania without McMahon’s interference.
