Paul Wight Reflects On When He Was At His Heaviest

Former world champion and current AEW star Paul Wight recently opened up about his past diet during a interview with TalkSport Breakfast. Wight revealed the shocking amount of calories he used to consume on a daily basis.

According to Wight, he used to consume an astonishing 13 to 18 thousand calories a day. However, he admitted that most of these calories were empty and unhealthy. He would eat whatever he wanted in massive amounts, including multiple Big Macs, fries, shakes, apple pies, and even a fish sandwich.

Wight also mentioned that he could easily devour 20 tacos at Taco Bell without any issues. However, he acknowledged that as he got older, he realized he couldn’t continue eating like that anymore. He now follows a healthier diet, eating smaller portions and focusing on lean protein, carbs, and vegetables.
