NJPW has just announced that they will be returning to the Copper Box arena in London for their highly anticipated Royal Quest III event. Taking place on October 14, this event is set to feature some of the top stars in professional wrestling, including IWGP World Heavyweight Champion SANADA and G1 Climax 33 winner Tetsuya Naito.
This will mark NJPW’s third installment of the Royal Quest event, with the first event taking place in 2019 at the Copper Box Arena. Fans were treated to an unforgettable clash between Kazuchika Okada and Minoru Suzuki for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship.
After a three-year hiatus, Royal Quest II made its return to Crystal Palace, where fans were treated to two nights of action-packed matches. The highlight of the event was the match between Tetsuya Naito and Zack Sabre Jr, as well as the intense battle between Will Ospreay and Shota Umino. The event also featured a classic IWGP Tag Team Championship match between FTR and Aussie Open.
Now, Royal Quest III is set to return to where it all began, the Copper Box Arena, on October 14, 2023. Fans can expect an incredible lineup of matches, with more announcements to come in the following days.
