IMPACT Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling present Multiverse United: Only the STRONG Survive LIVE TONIGHT at 11pm ET streaming exclusively on FITE. Tickets for this co-branded mega event from the Globe Theater in Los Angeles are SOLD OUT.

Mike Bailey‘s original opponent, Will Ospreay, will be unable to compete at Multiverse United due to injury. Instead, Bailey will go one-on-one with New Japan Pro-Wrestling legend Hiroshi Tanahashi in what can only be described as a dream match. After competing in IMPACT Wrestling during the early stages of his career, Tanahashi steps into the ring with Bailey for the first time ever, who has taken IMPACT Wrestling by storm.

After pinning the champion in an eight-man tag team match on the 2023 New Japan Cup tour, Minoru Suzuki will now challenge KENTA for the STRONG Openweight Title at Multiverse United. Tensions between these two veterans have exploded during recent NJPW events which saw KENTA and Suzuki engage in a steel chair standoff. Who will be victorious in this clash of NJPW veterans?

Also confirmed for Multiverse United: NJPW’s Jeff Cobb battles former IMPACT World Champion Moose. Brace yourself for this colossal collision between two of the hardest hitting athletes on both the IMPACT Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling rosters.

After his IMPACT World Title match vs Josh Alexander was called off due to injury, KUSHIDA needed a new opponent for Multiverse United: Only the STRONG Survive – enter Lio Rush. Alongside YOH, Rush was the winner of last year’s NJPW Super Jr. Tag League and has quickly moved up the ranks of the Jr Heavyweight division. While KUSHIDA has his sights set on capturing the IMPACT World Title when he battles Steve Maclin at Rebellion, Rush has all the tools to derail his momentum in Los Angeles.

At Sacrifice, we learned that Mickie James had suffered an injury which prevented her from defending the Knockouts World Title that night and will do the same at Multiverse United. Instead, Deonna PurrazzoGisele Shaw, Miya Yamashita and Masha Slamovich will collide in a four-way match where the winner will face Jordynne Grace at Rebellion for what would become the vacant Knockouts World Title. However, if James is cleared to compete by then, that match will become a Triple Threat with James defending. Who will earn this golden opportunity?

The X-Division Title will be on the line at Multiverse United: Only the STRONG Survive as the champion defends against top stars from IMPACT Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling. On the IMPACT side, we have current reigning X-Division Champion Trey Miguel, as well as former X-Division Champions Frankie Kazarian and Rich Swann. Entering the arena from NJPW will be Kevin Knight, Clark Connors and Rocky Romero. Don’t blink as the action promises to be fast and furious in Los Angeles.

The new IMPACT World Tag Team Champions, Ace Austin and Chris Bey of Bullet Club, will defend their titles against not one, not two but three other teams at Multiverse United: Only the STRONG Survive. Former IMPACT World Tag Team Champions and current reigning NJPW STRONG Tag Team Champions the Motor City Machine Guns, Aussie Open and TMDK will all be vying for the gold. Who will be victorious when four of the most accomplished duos in IMPACT and NJPW collide?

Eight-man tag team action comes to Multiverse United: Only the STRONG Survive as stars from both IMPACT and NJPW join forces for battle. One team will feature CallihanPCO, Fred Rosser and Alex Coughlin. Standing across the ring from them will be Digital Media Champion Joe HendryEddie Edwards, Tom Lawlor and Kratos. It’s a star-studded showcase in Los Angeles.

The action begins on Countdown to Multiverse United streaming LIVE & FREE at 10:45pm ET on FITE, featuring a must-see bonus match. New Japan Pro-Wrestling standouts Yuya Uemura and Gabriel Kidd collide in singles competition, as both look to score the all-important W before the main card of Multiverse United begins.
