Major WWE Star Suffers Devastating Injury Just Before SummerSlam

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion Kevin Owens has suffered a legitimate injury, according to a report from @WRKDWrestling. The injury occurred during tonight’s episode of RAW and was incorporated into the storyline.

Owens was ejected from the match between WWE NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio and Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion Sami Zayn, along with Damian Priest and WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley. Later in the match, Priest and Ripley brought a injured Owens to the stage, allowing Mysterio to secure the victory over a distracted Zayn.

Backstage, Owens was seen with apparent rib and arm injuries. However, the exact nature and timing of the injury remain unknown. Owens has not competed since he and Zayn successfully defended their titles against Priest and Mysterio on last week’s RAW.

As of now, there is no information on how long Owens will be sidelined. Fans will have to wait for further updates to learn more about his condition and potential return to the ring.

Rumors have been circulating about a rematch between Priest and Mysterio against Owens and Zayn at WWE SummerSlam. However, it is uncertain whether Owens’ injury will impact these plans.
