Kevin Nash recently made headlines when he called LA Knight a ripoff of The Rock. This sparked a heated debate among fans about Knight’s character, but it seems that the criticism has done little to affect his push in WWE. In fact, Knight has only been receiving more and more opportunities, and his popularity continues to grow.
This week, Knight was in Boston, where he once again received a huge pop from the crowd. He took the opportunity to address the audience and took a shot at The Miz, with whom he is scheduled to have one more match. However, it was another comment during his promo that caught everyone’s attention.
Knight referenced Nash’s infamous promo blunder on Monday Nitro in 1996, where he mistakenly referred to the show as “Monday Night Raw.” Despite Nash later retracting his initial criticisms and admitting he was not familiar with Knight’s work, Knight couldn’t resist taking a playful jab at the wrestling legend.
