Regarding the match between Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar, Nash shared his surprise at Lesnar’s impromptu handshake with Rhodes after the match. He explained that it was not scripted or discussed beforehand. Nash believed that Lesnar’s gesture spoke volumes about how he viewed Rhodes as a worthy opponent. Nash, who had never been in the ring with Rhodes, admitted that he felt the energy and saw how over Rhodes was with the audience. He praised Rhodes for his popularity and expressed his satisfaction with how WWE handled his character. Nash emphasized the importance of not mishandling talented individuals, especially when the roster is not at its fullest. He also expressed his happiness for Dusty Rhodes and the entire Rhodes family, mentioning that Cody’s mother is always kind to him whenever they cross paths.
