Jimmy Hart Responds To Paul Heyman Calling Himself The GOAT Manager, Says He’d Love To Manage Pretty Deadly In WWE

Professional wrestling manager Jimmy Hart recently spoke out about Paul Heyman’s claim of being the greatest manager of all time. In an interview with the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling, Hart discussed Heyman’s comments and offered his own perspective on the matter.

Heyman made the controversial statement during an appearance on ESPN’s First Take. When asked about Bobby “The Brain” Heenan, Heyman dismissed him by saying, “Ah, screw Bobby Heenan.” He then mentioned Hart, saying, “And Jimmy Hart, he’s still alive. The Lord hasn’t answered my prayers yet.” Hart reacted to Heyman’s comments, stating, “I went, ‘Oh my God.’ But it’s okay, it is what it is. I still love Paul, he’s the greatest.”

Hart also acknowledged that there were many managers who were better than him, despite Heyman’s self-proclaimed title. He emphasized the importance of being careful with words in today’s society, to avoid any negative feedback or misunderstandings.

During the interview, Hart also expressed his admiration for the tag team Pretty Deadly in WWE. He described them as big and colorful, reminiscent of his era of wrestling. Hart said, “They talk big, they get knocked around but they’re colorful and they’re not real, real, big giant guys. I like them. I think they can really draw some big money.” He further explained that their style of dressing is a throwback to his own colorful attire during his time in WWE.

When asked about managing Pretty Deadly, Hart expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “If I had the chance to do it again, that’s who I’d like to be with.” He believes that their unique persona and charisma could be a huge draw for audiences.
