Grayson Waller Sets Major Goals for 2024

Professional wrestler Grayson Waller has his sights set high for the year 2024. In a recent interview with the Daily Ticket, Waller discussed the significant gap between simply making it on the main roster and becoming one of the top competitors in the wrestling industry.

According to Waller, having lofty goals is essential for success. He stated, “I don’t think there is any point in having goals if they are not lofty. If you say, ‘I want to go to the gym today,’ great. I’m a WWE superstar, I can’t have simple goals. If I have simple goals as a WWE superstar, I’m just another guy. Do you want to be a WWE superstar or do you want to be a great one? There is a huge gap between that.”

One significant milestone that Waller has yet to achieve is performing at WrestleMania. He shared a story of watching WrestleMania 39 alongside NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes. The two wrestlers made a promise to each other that they would be on the card for WrestleMania 40.

“With WrestleMania, I’ve never performed there,” Waller said. “Last year, after NXT Stand & Deliver, myself and Carmelo Hayes got to sit and watch in the skybox and watch WrestleMania. We looked at each other and it wasn’t a situation of ‘wow, this is so cool.’ It was, ‘that’s where we are going to be next year.’ We told each other that. That’s my goal.”

Waller also addressed his recent online exchange with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. In a separate interview, Waller discussed how he had high expectations for a potential collaboration with The Rock, but it didn’t come to fruition. Waller has since moved on from the situation.
