Tickets on sale March 24 for Toronto event
Last June, the wrestling world came together in Chicago for a phenomenal celebration when AEW and NJPW opened the Forbidden Door. Widely hailed as the best professional wrestling card of 2022, the event sold out the United Center and captivated fans worldwide on pay per view, as Jon Moxley faced Hiroshi Tanahashi for the interim AEW World Championship, Jay White defended IWGP World Heavyweight gold in a four way battle and much more.
NJPW and AEW are both excited to announce that Forbidden Door returns to the calendar in 2023, and this time heads north to Toronto Canada. The Scotiabank arena will see the finest of both promotions clash in dream match ups, with New Japan Pro-Wrestling stars in Canada in force for the first time since ROH’s War of the Worlds events in 2018 and 2019.
