This distraction allowed Yano to execute an inside cradle and secure his first win of the tournament. Despite the loss, Cobb still holds the top spot in the D Block with an undefeated record.

Meanwhile, Zack Sabre Jr. faced off against Shane Haste in a technical showcase. Sabre gained the early advantage by targeting Haste’s wrist, but Haste fought back with his powerful strikes. The match was a back-and-forth affair, with both competitors exchanging hard-hitting moves. In the end, Sabre was able to counter Haste’s Bomb Valley Death into a triangle submission, forcing Haste to tap out and securing the victory. With this win, Sabre is tied with Cobb at the top of the D Block standings.
