EC3 Declares Tyrus As Wrestling’s Own Version of Thanos

EC3 is gearing up for a showdown with Tyrus at NWA 75, and he’s not holding back in his assessment of the reigning champion. In a recent interview with Phil Strum from Under The Ring, EC3 reflected on his journey in the wrestling industry and discussed his transformation into the competitor he is today.

When EC3 burst onto the scene a decade ago, he was already an impressive athlete, excelling in sports like lacrosse and polo. However, he also carried a sense of entitlement and privilege due to his wealthy background. But over the years, EC3 has endured the trials and tribulations of professional wrestling, becoming battle-tested and scarred. He has faced countless fights, triumphing over some of the best in the business and proving his worth.

Now, EC3 sets his sights on Tyrus, whom he describes as a supervillain, drawing a comparison to the infamous Thanos from Marvel Comics. He questions whether an ordinary man can defeat Tyrus and vows to tap into a more powerful version of himself at NWA 75.

“EC3 has evolved over the past ten years, but his final transformation will occur at NWA 75,” he declares. “Tyrus is a giant, a mammoth, a champion. He’s almost like a Thanos. Can a mere mortal defeat him? I highly doubt it. That’s why, at NWA 75, I must become the over man I envision.”

In the same interview, EC3 also opens up about the injuries he’s grappling with as he prepares for the highly anticipated NWA 75 event, scheduled for August 27th. You can find more details about his injuries here.
