Before you make your purchase, please take note of the following important information:
- The maximum number of tickets you can apply for at one time is 4.
- You may be required to present an ID card to verify your identity. Please ensure you bring a valid photo ID, such as a passport, with you.
- Tickets will be distributed electronically via QR code. Make sure to bring a printout of your My Page with the QR code. All members of your party must enter the venue together.
- Refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or postponement, but no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or changes will be accepted for any other reason.
- Tickets are required for elementary school students and older. Pre-elementary school children do not need a ticket as long as one child per guardian is seated on the guardian’s lap.
- Re-entry is not permitted, so plan accordingly.
- Video recording is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Please ensure you watch the event from the seat indicated on your ticket and do not attempt to move seats.
- Alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans, and dangerous items are not allowed inside the venue.
