The ultra-loaded Battle in the Valley lineup for February 18 in San Jose has had yet another big time match added, as Clark Connors will be challenging NJPW World TV Champion Zack Sabre Jr.
ZSJ is fresh off an explosive first defence of the brand new title on February 5 in Sapporo, but despite showing post match respect for the Stone Pitbull, he expressed a desire to head to the US to defend his gold next, singling out the LA Dojo as he cast an open challenge.
Clark Connors was quick to pick up what ZSJ put down. Making his challenge, the Wild Rhino said the high impact and high pace of the NJPW World TV Championship was ‘a division made for me’, and he’ll look to prove that point with 15 minutes on the clock at Battle in the Valley.
