With shaved head signifying his new start, Boltin sprinted to the ring in traditional Young Lion garb alongside his teammates before starting with the more experienced, but more diminutive Fujita. Himself a high school amateur standout, Fujita was nonetheless easily thrown on the mat by the heavyweight world class freestyle competitor, before Eagles and Taguchi tagged in to present a very different style of offense.

Looking for the Ron Miller Special early, Eagles had Taguchi in the ropes and then the TMDK corner, Zack Sabre Jr. advising Fujita of the intricacies of the forearm shiver to the buttocks as his education continued. Taguchi’s will proved steely as his buns however, and a hip attack brought Umino inside to explode into Eagles. The Sniper would counter Umino with an Asai DDT, and brought in ZSJ to tee off on his Sakura Genesis TV Championship opponent however, Umino struggling in a Cobra Twist as Boltin stewed on the floor.

Finally tagged in, the heavyweight pitched all of his TMDK opposition across the ring before knocking Sabre down and looking for a belly to belly suplex, even pitching the Briton as he found a guillotine choke. A Boston Crab followed, but the TV Champion expertly countered into a cross arm breaker and just barely got a tapout win.
