Charlotte Flair Sidelined Due to Injury, Forced to Take Time Off from Wrestling

Bad Sign: Charlotte To Miss Ring Time Following Recent Injury

That’s a bad sign. Injuries can be among the worst things to happen to any wrestler and you never want to see one take place. Any wrestler can be put on the shelf on a pure fluke and there is nothing good about the entire situation. Unfortunately that seemed to take place last week to a prominent WWE Superstar and now things are seeming to be even worse than thought.

Earlier this week on SmackDown, Charlotte appeared to suffer either a knee or head injury during her match against Asuka. Charlotte was checked on both during and after the match but there is no clear diagnosis so far. According to PWInsider.com, Charlotte has been pulled from all weekend live events. While there is no word on her status, WWE is said to be “extremely concerned” that her injury could be “fairly serious”.

Charlotte has had better days. Check out what she can do when she is in the ring:

That is not exactly promising and hopefully Charlotte is able to get back on her feet and in the ring sooner than later. A knee injury can be absolutely devastating and now all WWE can really do is wait. I’m not sure what this could mean for Charlotte, but a bad knee injury can leave someone on the shelf for a very long time, as you never know just how much damage there might be.
