WWE SMACKDOWN RESULTS AND LIVE BLOG FOR NOV. 24

WWE Friday Night SmackDown returned to our screens with an action-packed show that left fans on the edge of their seats. The night kicked off with a recap of the debut of the all-new, all-different Damage CTRL and the build to WarGames.

The show opened with Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, and Shotzi Blackheart making their entrance. Lynch addressed the crowd, expressing her excitement to team up with her fellow wrestlers and take on Damage CTRL at WarGames. Belair added that Damage CTRL had been playing dirty for too long, and it was time for them to fight back. Blackheart chimed in, stating that Damage CTRL’s attempts to break her had only made her stronger. Flair agreed with Blackheart’s sentiment.

However, Bayley interrupted their speech, claiming that Lynch and Flair had always talked negatively about each other. She also mentioned that Lynch had become soft since becoming a mother. Lynch challenged any two members of Damage CTRL to face her and Flair in the main event to prove that they could work together. Bayley eagerly accepted the challenge, setting up an intense match for later in the evening.

The night continued with a tag team match between Judgment Day (Damian Priest & Finn Balor) and the Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) for the WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship. The match was filled with high-flying action and impressive moves from both teams. In the end, Judgment Day emerged victorious, retaining their titles with a Coup de Grace from Finn Balor on Montez Ford.

Backstage, Lynch and Flair were seen bickering ahead of their match against Damage CTRL. Belair intervened, reminding them to focus on the match and put their differences aside. Flair agreed, and the tension between Lynch and Flair seemed to dissipate.

The Grayson Waller Effect segment followed, with Waller hosting his show and introducing “Kevin Owens.” However, it turned out to be Austin Theory impersonating Owens. The real Kevin Owens made his entrance, confronting Waller and Theory. Owens explained that his suspension had ended and he was ready to fight. LA Knight also joined the segment, engaging in a war of words with Owens. The segment ended with a brawl between the babyfaces and the heels, with the babyfaces coming out on top.
