AEW Secures Trademark for New Faction

AEW Files Trademark For Faction

AEW, All Elite Wrestling, has recently filed for a new trademark for the faction known as the Mogul Embassy. The trademark application was submitted on November 20 and is intended to cover entertainment and merchandise purposes.

The Mogul Embassy is led by Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana, with additional members including Brian Cage, ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun. The trademark specifically mentions shirts and t-shirts as the intended merchandise for the faction.

The Embassy originally formed in Ring of Honor back in 2004 under the leadership of Prince Nana. Over the years, the faction has included various wrestlers such as Xavier, Tommaso Ciampa, Rhino, Moose, Matt Sydal, Jonathan Gresham, Donovan Dijak, Claudio Castagnoli, Abyss, and Alex Shelley, among others.

The current lineup of the Mogul Embassy came together over the past year on AEW Dark. In April, Swerve Strickland joined the faction, and his recent Texas Death Match victory over Hangman Page at Full Gear has garnered praise from fans.
