Skye Blue has secured her spot in the AEW TBS title match at Full Gear after defeating Red Velvet on AEW Dynamite. The match will also feature Julia Hart from the House of Black and the current champion, Kris Statlander.
AEW announced the addition of Skye Blue to the title match on their official Twitter account. Blue’s victory over Red Velvet earned her the opportunity to challenge for the TBS title. The match is scheduled to take place this Saturday at the KIA Forum in Los Angeles, California.
AEW has been building up the TBS title as a prestigious championship since its inception. The title is exclusive to the women’s division and has been defended in high-profile matches. With Skye Blue now in the mix, the stakes for the TBS title match at Full Gear have been raised even higher.
