Latest Update on WWE PLE Post-Show Press Conferences Following Payback Shake-Up!

WWE is making changes to its post-show press conferences for Premium Live Events (PLEs). According to reports, the company will be cutting back on the number of press conferences held after these events.

Initially, it was announced that there would be a post-Payback press conference held backstage at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh. However, the schedule listing was later removed, and no press conference took place.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, who was in attendance for Payback, reported that WWE informed him that moving forward, post-show press conferences will mainly be held for international PLEs and the company’s big five events: the Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, Money In the Bank, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series.

Typically, WWE’s post-show press conferences are hosted by Byron Saxton. Superstars from the event in question take questions from members of the media, and WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H concludes the conference with prepared notes and additional questions from the media.

It seems that WWE is streamlining its post-show press conferences, focusing on the most significant events and international shows. This change may be a result of various factors, including time constraints and the demand for media access.
