Booker T Gives Uncertain Verdict on Gable Stevenson’s Future in WWE NXT

Booker T, the WWE Hall of Famer, recently shared his thoughts on Gable Steveson’s future in WWE during his latest Hall of Fame podcast. Steveson, an Olympic Gold Medalist, made his in-ring debut at the WWE NXT Great American Bash premium live event, where he defeated Baron Corbin.

Booker T expressed his uncertainty about Steveson’s future, stating, “The verdict is still out on Gable Stevenson as far as I’m concerned. Gable Stevenson has a lot of decisions to make, whether he’s going to do the Olympics, go back to college for another year, or pursue a career in WWE. You can’t do all three of them.”

He further added, “When you win a gold medal in the Olympics, it sets you up for life. But to win it twice, that’s an incredible achievement. Steveson is in a position where he has options, and I understand that making life decisions can be challenging. WWE is something he probably has a passion and love for, but it’s a tough choice.”

Booker T also addressed the negative crowd reaction Steveson received during his match against Baron Corbin, saying, “Booed out of the building when he wrestled Baron Corbin. What can I say about Gable Stevenson? Nothing.”

It remains to be seen what path Steveson will choose for his future. Will he pursue another Olympic gold medal, continue his college education, or commit to a career in WWE? Only time will tell.
