Edge Drops Bombshell: WWE Contract Extended Until September

Edge Clarifies That His WWE Contract Doesn’t Expire Until The End Of September

Edge, the R-Rated Superstar, recently gave an update on his status with WWE after his victory over Sheamus on last night’s episode of SmackDown. In an interview on the FAN Morning Show, Edge was asked about the possibility of retiring once again.

Edge revealed that he has indeed thought about retiring, but he hasn’t come to any conclusions yet. He expressed his concern about not being able to perform at the level he desires and mentioned the importance of his physical condition during matches. He stated, “Only I know how I feel when I’m deep into a match. ‘Ooff, Okay, didn’t do enough cardio’ or ‘I did all the cardio and still feel this way.’ That’s why I really want to collect myself after this thing, take a big ol’ deep breath and decide what that is.”

Furthermore, Edge clarified that while his WWE contract is set to expire at the end of September, his last match on the contract was against Sheamus on the recent SmackDown episode. He emphasized that he has a lot of decisions to make regarding his future in professional wrestling.
