AEW Cements Dynamite’s Milestone 200th Episode with Two Exciting Title Showdowns!

Lio Rush is on top of the world following his victory at IMPACT Slammiversary. The Man of the Hour defeated Chris Sabin to capture the X-Division Championship, a title that holds great significance in the world of professional wrestling. In a recent interview with MuscleManMalcolm, Rush expressed his pride in winning the belt and his determination to make a lasting impact with it.

“It feels appropriate. It feels great. It feels amazing. This belt is historic. When I look at this, I look at IMPACT as…this is IMPACT. This is the World Title, to me. This big red X. I’m holding it with pride. It feels appropriate. I feel like I’ve helped influence this generation of wrestlers just like the X Division title has helped influence my generation and so many other generations,” Rush stated.

Clearly, Rush understands the importance of the X-Division title and its role in shaping the wrestling industry. He plans to use his newfound championship status to further elevate the division and leave a lasting legacy.

“I knew from that point on things were going to change and things were going to elevate. I knew that it was officially my time. I’m holding this title, and I’m going to do a lot of great things with it,” Rush affirmed.

Unfortunately, Rush is currently dealing with a minor injury, which has forced him to withdraw from an upcoming GCW event. While the injury is a setback, Rush remains focused on his goals and is determined to return to the ring stronger than ever.
