Cheer Up! WWE Unhappy With Recent NXT Fan Reactions, Plan To Fix Them

They’ll need to work on that. Wrestling is a lot of things but ultimately it is a sport that fans watch. The live reaction from the crowd is one of the most important aspects to any show, as the wrestlers need to know how the fans are receiving what they are seeing. Not having a strong reaction can change a lot, and now it seems that WWE wants to make some changes to its audience.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is not happy with how the crowds at NXT tapings are receiving the show, believing them to be “down”. WWE has reportedly sent a notice to wrestlers to invite their friends and family to the tapings to help bring up the energy. The tickets to the events are free for fans, but the viewers are required to sick up to receive them.

Opinion: This is something that is going to happen every so often when a show is held in the same area. NXT has been in Orlando for so long that is it hard for the fans to stick with what they are seeing every week. While NXT might not want to take the show on the road, they are going to need to get some fresh eyes into the venue, as getting some new people involved can help a lot.
